       (READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY)

*Any kind of destruction made by your child in institution, parents will be responsible for the

loss.

*If your child found guilty in any kind of malpractices, they will be rusticated from classroom

and their admission will be cancelled.

*Students have to pay their fees on time. The relaxation period is for five days after that you

have to pay fine i.e ₹50 per day.

*If your child didn’t follow the instruction of faculty (like not regular, late coming, not doing

home works) they have to face with fines.

*The students have to pay ₹1 per page for the notes from their savings.

*If students didn’t score more than 60% in tests after the two months of admission, their

admission will be cancelled or reviewed by the institution authority.

*Using of Social media not allowed

*students are not allowed to make groups outside the institution.

*In any circumstances parents can’t deduct the fees, either their child attend the class or not.

*Once the admission get cancelled, your child will be banned from our institution for future.

*I the guardian of the above students do hereby affirm that the details furnished in this form

are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.

*I promise to abide by all the rules and regulations of E.C EDUCATION.

*Cancellation/Forfeiting the admission of student fully lies in the hand of Institution

Authority.

*The institution authority is the ultimate decision maker in all disputes regarding the

institution matters.
